Intensive English for Business

Increasingly people are travelling, studying and establishing businesses around the world. English is widely used around the globe and this presents us an opportunity to interact and develop skills in English language. The Haus is offering a one week intensive English for business purposes. The course will benefit those who are planning or those who already have a business. Equally, it will sharpen skills of those who want to study or travel abroad.
The course will have the following learning objectives: Develop skills in basic Presentations, Negotiations and in Socializing; Conduct Introductions, Telephone conversations and in Writing business letters; Sharpen Intercultural skills: awareness of different cultures; Build vocabulary and expressions
Course Instructor: Dr. Andrew Jilani will teach this course. He is a US citizen and has completed his higher education from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. He currently teaches at St. Thomas University in St. Paul, MN. He speaks several languages and has worked in 14 different countries.
